Current Meeting Info:

A Forrester report revealed the second highest reason for IT improvement or alignment initiatives failing was "lack of interest or involvement from the business" (29%). The highest scoring response was "internal resistance to change" (52%).

What if you could make a difference in how the business perceived the IT organizations' ability and willingness to work together on mutual problems? Or how the IT organization itself perceived its' mission in regard to that? What if you could demonstrate that in a day?

The June 10th SVHDI meeting will introduce you to a powerful vehicle built to do just that.  We will share the "Top 10 IT Management Concerns" and "The 10 Worst Practices," and discuss techniques to bring enterprise teams to consensus on these in order to move real solutions forward. Even better, we will engage the participants (you!) in practicing and modeling these techniques - at least enough to have fun and prove they are practical and useful in a short time frame and without big investments. This is a meeting you should bring some IT and business peers to. For more information click here: http://www.ameritlearning.com/Pizza.html

To Register, send an email to: officers@svhdi.org with "June" written in the subject line.
