Her expertise is in the areas of Infrastructure and Operations Management, Network Management and Design, Help Desk and Desk Side Support Management. She is Six Sigma and ITIL Certified with a real passion for IT Service Management. Sylvia previously represented the HDI Silicon Valley Chapter as the VP of Membership.

As a Sales Executive, he works with customers in the legal, healthcare, and technology sector. Working with our Colorado based software development team we customize technology solutions to drive down the costs of IT infrastructure support and eDiscovery. Matheson was a founding member of the HDI Chapter of Silicon Valley in 1998, is currently a Chapter Adviser for the Silicon Valley HDI Chapter, and has previously held the President and VP of Programs positions for the chapter.
